We are experiencing many crises. An environmental crisis, first of all. An economic and social one too.
But above all, a crisis of civilization. A new world will only emerge if the billion richest people on the planet adopt less energy-hungry lifestyles, reducing their dependence on non-renewable energies and producing less waste. But this will not be enough... To reduce disparities, the “rich” will also have to learn to share. Among themselves, but also with the other billions of people on this planet, while respecting all other forms of life.

This is not easy! But it is possible if we act simultaneously in three areas:
devising new socio-technical solutions
where previously we relied on purely technological solutions,
speeding up the possibility of adopting new lifestyles
by promoting the advent of new modes of living,
and introducing new ways of collaborating
with one another and new forms of governance between institutions. These must allow a creative leap that is on par with the scale of the challenges ahead of us.

Synergence wants to rise to these challenges alongside its clients and its partners. Our goal is to thoroughly transform production processes, business management, and the development and implementation of public policies, to ensure that these new approaches protect the future effectively and encourage solidarity within and between generations.
